Standard Line-Up Clamps
Dyna Torque's new line of internal pneumatic clamps provide fast, dependable pipe line up for both stick electrode and automatic welding. Larger cylinders provide more power on the shoes to improve line-up with minimal or no hi-lo problems.
Automatic Welding Clamps with Back-up Ring
Our new line of internal backup shoes conform precisely to the I.D. of the pipe for use with Automatic of semi-automatic welding. Segments change out quickly and easily while the clamp is still in the pipe. (No need to change clamps out in order to change backup shoe segments.) This process only takes approximately 15-20 seconds per shoe. Backup shoes
are currently available in sizes 8" thru 60".
Our powered clamps come with dual drive wheels for fast, powerful drive through the pipe. Non-powered clamps are available when using an air tugger
as necessary for offshore work. Offshore clamps are also fitted with pad-eyes on both ends for pulling x-ray stops, buckle detecters, etc.

- Clamps 12" to 60" will cover two pipe sizes with the use of conversion kits

- Powered line travel available on models 16" to 60" for easy operational mobility through the pipe
- All powered clamps have a 30 degree climbing capability
- Tandem Drive units on 24" clamps and above
- For efficient operation, the compressed air pressure should be 180 to 200 PSI (12.4 to 13.8 BAR)
- Maximum safe working pressure is 225 PSI (15.5 BAR)
